Anadolu Smallgoods started production in 1978 making a small range of quality Turkish style smallgoods. By using traditional recipes and techniques we were able to bring the taste that the Turkish community in Australia was longing for and a new taste to the rest of the community that they fell in love with. As the number of our satisfied customers has grown, Anadolu has developed into a diverse and multi-range producer of traditional sucuk, beef smallgoods and a selection of continental smallgoods.
